About Powerflo Drainage Ltd - High Pressure Water Jetting Specialists The inception of Powerflo came about from a desire to work for a company that did what it said on the packet. John and Christopher had been friends from childhood, both had worked for various emergency drainage companies over the years and both had experienced frustrations over the level of service provided by their employers. Companies advertising a twenty-four hour service actually only worked from nine to five and not weekends or bank holidays. Often machinery did not meet the needs of the customer resulting in the engineer being unable to resolve the problem yet still charging the customer a call-out feel for the privilege. Staff morale wasn’t great either and the two friends were sure that if adequate machinery was provided to enable their engineers to succeed in helping customers, morale and self-esteem would have flourished With these thoughts in mind the two friends finally agreed to build their own workplace and Powerflo was created. Powerflo advertises a real 24 hour service. Christmas morning 2006, our engineer saved the day for a grandma who was about to call her family to cancel dinner as a result of a severe drain blockage that was backing up into the WC and onto the patio area outside the kitchen window where she was preparing Christmas dinner. Floating debris could be viewed from the kitchen window. Three drainage companies had visited on Christmas Eve, each were unable to resolve the problem and each had charged a call-out fee. Desperate for help she called a number of advertisements on Christmas morning but all were closed, until she reached Powerflo. On completion of the job she showered our engineer with blessings, telling him he had saved her Christmas. Our engineer returned home feeling as though his work had made a difference in someone’s life. That’s a good feeling . Powerflo’s engineers are keen, friendly and skilled.
